I just received two separate acceptances by professional publications for short stories over this Valentine's Day weekend. When things are finalized, I'll have more news about the publications and links to the stories.

That's wonderful! Congratulations! I'm also trying to get some short stories published but have yet to get an acceptance. Guess the short fiction isn't really my strength--I'm pretty long-winded!--but maybe the future will look up for me in that respect! Can't wait to find out more about your successes.

Thanks, Julie! Good luck with your short stories! I find the hardest part for me is matching up stories to publications. I'm never sure what's the right fit, no matter how much research I do - definitely a learning process. :) Leave a Reply. |
