I have reached double digits. No, not my age, ha ha. I did that a loooong time ago. My double digits are 10 acceptances so far this year, as of today.
This is a big deal for me. I dabbled a bit in writing and submitting my work about a decade ago, then took an extended hiatus to live life - work, get married, start a family. Only last year did I start writing again with the goal of getting published - first, my book manuscript, which I worked on all of last year writing and editing. Then, starting in January of this year, I dedicated myself to short stories and poems.
I am so happy that my work has been so well received. I want to thank all those wonderful editors who published my writing, and I am also very thankful to those who have read and enjoyed it.
A million thanks to everyone! :)
