I was invited to be a guest on Montreal Now with Aaron Rand this afternoon (Friday, August 15th). Tune in HERE to hear about my Author Versus AI project and why one author wrote 34 books in a year to combat AI. The show will be broadcast live, and I'll be popping onto it about 3:35 p.m. EST. Very excited to be a guest on Montreal Now!

It's almost here!!! When Words Collide is coming up this weekend in Calgary, and I'm so excited to be on several awesome panels, including discussions about AI, writer's block, and so much more. My full schedule is here, and I have to say that there's a lot to talk about! On top of that, I'm one of the contributors to a new anthology that's having its debut at the convention - Laurel Lake Lodge, released by Lintusen Press. The authors in its pages attending the convention will be at a special book event to celebrate its release. So, if you see me wandering around at the convention halls, please feel free to stop me and say hi even if we haven't met before. I'm always happy to chat with fellow and aspiring authors and answer any questions I might be able to help with. To the right is a picture of me outside my office (taken today), so you know what I look like. Hope to see you there! I'm so excited to announce that I'll be a guest on CBC Radio tomorrow morning at 8:20 a.m. on Edmonton AM and chatting with host Tahirih Foroozan. I'll be talking about my Author Versus AI challenge and what led me to take up the pen. (And why I might take up the pen AGAIN in the near future.) You can tune in several ways... If you prefer streaming on your computer, you can do so HERE. Or if you're local to Edmonton and want to catch it on your radio, tune into 93.9 FM or 740 AM at 8:20 a.m. Hope you enjoy listening! Last week, City News interviewed me about my Author Versus AI project from last year and how I wrote 34 books in 34 weeks. Here's the link to the interview: It aired live on the 6 o'clock news on Wednesday. Of course, normally if you make the 6 o'clock news, it's not for anything good - but this time, it was!
